Projects beneath the interface
The Windows client is based on AyuGram Desktop and Telegram Desktop. Android builds on Telegram for Android. The website uses ASP.NET Core Blazor. Detailed source provenance remains in the project notices.
Licenses travel with the code
The Windows client uses GPL v3 with an OpenSSL linking exception; Android uses GPL v2. Read each component's license and notices for its terms.
